Deadline for completed admissions applications - June 30th.
*** Description of Online Term at Payne Theological Seminary ***
Each online class lasts 10 weeks. Most classes are offered twice each term, so that students have an opportunity to balance their schedules and classes can be smaller during the entire 20 week term. You may take a class either in the first ten weeks of the term (“First Half”) or the second ten weeks of the term (“Second Half”);the material is the same, regardless of which half of the term you take the class. You must register for the entire term during the registration period which will be announced and which opens approximately 6 weeks prior to the start of the term. If you plan to only take class(es) during the 2nd Half of the Spring Term you must still register prior to the start of the term. The total number of credits a student may register for without academic advisor approval is 15. New students are advised to take no more than 12 the first term. Classes will be dropped from the registration by the school for students who register for more than 15 credits without academic advisor approval. Students who do not complete this registration process during the registration period will not be permitted to register mid-term. Please note that the 15 credits is the sum TOTAL of 1st AND 2nd half classes and includes any intensives.
