Tuition Changes for 2010-2011 & 2011-2012
The Payne Theological Seminary Board of Trustees has approved a tuition rate change for the academic years 2010-2011 and 2011-2012.
It should be noted that this is the only tuition adjustment that has occurred in the last several years.
Tuition and Fee charges will be as follows:

Tuition Rates :
Residential Credit Hour $300.00
Online Credit Hour $350.00
*All Intensives including Interterm and Summer courses are charged at the residential rate of $300.00 per credit hour.

Residential Technology Fees (Fall/Spring only) $75.00
Online Technology Fees (Fall/Spring only) $75.00
Admission/Application Fee, NON-REFUNDABLE $50.00
Late Registration Fee (After close of Registration) $50.00
Graduation Fee $350.00
Housing Costs:
Payne Village, monthly (individual housing).........................................................$500.00/ per month
Gomez Apartments, monthly (family housing).....................................................$600.00/ per month
Housing for Intensives (Bedroom in a shared unit)............................................$150.00/ per Intensive
(includes basic telephone and all utilities)

An estimate of the annual tuition and fee cost to attend Payne Seminary for one academic year (12 months living expenses) follows. This estimate is based on a student completing the program in 3 years.

Online Students:
Tuition/Fees (30 credit hours- 20 online & 10 residential) $10,150.00 $10,900.00
Tuition Refunds
Tuition paid by students formally withdrawing from the Seminary or dropping individual courses will be credited to the students account.
Student accounts, with credit balances due to withdrawal or dropped classes, will be addressed at the end of the academic year.

During the first week of any semester 100% REFUND
During the second week of any semester 50% REFUND
After the second week of any semester NO REFUND
