Housing at Payne

Payne Theological Seminary has single and married housing units available for our students.   Nestled in the rolling hills of southwest Ohio, the Payne Seminary campus provides comfortable living spaces with all the modern amenities in the natural beauty of Wilberforce, Ohio. 

 Payne Village

Payne Village is a recent addition to the campus facilities providing modular housing for twenty-seven students. The village provides modern and spacious two, three and four bedroom apartments. Each apartment features a common living area, kitchen and bath. All units are furnished with living room, bedroom and dining furniture, central heat and air conditioning, local telephone service, and standard cable channels. 

Gomez Apartments

Married couples and families reside in Payne Seminary's Gomez apartments. These two bedroom/one bath apartments are designed for family living and includes central heat and air conditioning, local telephone service, and standard cable channels.

Intensive Housing

Temporary housing is available for out-of-town students who travel to campus to take intensive courses. The Seminary has multiple bedroom apartments - all fully equipped with WiFi access.  These spacious apartments are furnished with a fully equipped kitchen (including microwaves and coffee makers), bed linens and towels.  Each student has an individual, lockable, bedroom and shares the rest of the living space with other students coming to the intensive class.   Each bedroom has a twin bed, desk with chair, dresser and closet.  **The Seminary does not provide items such as food, personal grooming products, and soap.**

To reserve a room for a class -   

Email the Business Office, at businessoffice@payne.edu, and indicate in your subject line that you want to reserve campus housing.

Include your name, contact information including a cell phone number, your dates of arrival and departure, expected time in, and the name of the class you are attending

Housing Costs:

Payne Village,(individual housing).............................................................................500.00/ per month

Gomez Apartments, (family housing).........................................................................600.00/ per month

Housing for Intensives (lockable bedroom in a shared unit)............................................150.00/ per Intensive

(includes basic telephone, cable and all utilities)

All monthly leases require deposit
