Payne Village The Payne Seminary Village is a recent addition to the campus facilities with modular housing for forty students. The village provides modern and spacious two and three-bedroom suites. Each suite features both a common living area and a full-service kitchen.   Gomez Apartment Married couples and families reside in the Gomez apartments. These apartments are designed for individual family living and include a social hall to encourage families and single students alike to develop a strong sense of community.
